As offshore assets age, maintaining structural integrity while managing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance becomes increasingly complex. 7Waves provides asset integrity management (AIM) services that help operators make informed, risk-grounded decisions about inspection, maintenance, and life extension. Our approach is founded on recognised methodologies including risk-based inspection (RBI) planning, structural reliability analysis, and degradation modelling.

Our services include the development and implementation of RBI programs in accordance with API 580/581 and DNV guidelines, structural integrity assessments for fatigue, corrosion, and mechanical damage, fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations, anomaly management support, and life extension studies for installations operating beyond their original design life. We work across fixed and floating offshore structures, subsea systems, and marine vessels.
